Q: What are the benefits of creating an account so I can log in?

A: It allows access to customized information tailored to your needs. Such as special discounts, service records, periodic e-mails to announce helpful information or events, articles of interest written written by Cascade Autowerkes.  Your information is kept private and is NOT shared with anyone else for any reason.

 

Q: What is your hourly rate? 

A: It varies depending on what type of work is being done. Most repairs are at a fixed price and an hourly rate does not directly apply. Most important is the overall cost. We aim to provide the best service at the best price.

 

Q: Are you open on the weekends?

A: Yes, by appointment only. Depending on the work done and if parts are ordered it may be helpful to book at least 2 days in advance. Most times parts are locally available.

 

Q: Is there a shuttle service?

A: Not officially, but we can usually accommodate most needs.

 

Q: Do you offer loaner vehicles?

A: Not at this time. It would drastically increase our over-head and increase our prices.

 

Q: Are you near the bus line?

A: Yes. We are one mile away from a main bus line in Springfield.  We can usually take clients to the bus station.

 

Q: Do you offer extended warranties?

A: Yes we do. Certain repairs can qualify for extended coverage up to 3 years/36K miles. Ask for details.
